Returns

Due to the nature of our products, Celine Taina Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, unwanted gifts, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Hygiene & Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair and beauty products once they have been opened, used, or unsealed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hair oils, treatments, and creams

  • Wigs and hair extensions

  • Any product that comes into direct contact with the body

Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Not as described

If this applies, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear evidence (e.g. photos). We will assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Unopened Items

Where applicable, unopened and sealed items may be eligible for return in line with your statutory rights. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Salon Collection – Collect your order from our salon

  • Home Delivery – Delivered directly to your address

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours to 3 working days, depending on stock availability.

In some cases, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods or high order volumes.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels and demand

  • During peak periods, delivery may take longer than usual

Delays & Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 working days, please contact us.

We will investigate the delay and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Please note:

  • Delivery delays caused by high demand, courier issues, or circumstances outside our control may extend delivery timeframes

  • Sale items may take longer to arrive and may be excluded from certain delivery guarantees
